Jessica Zigmantas (writing as Jessica Diamond) is a passionate creative writer, songwriter, and multidisciplinary artist based in Omaha, Nebraska. Drawing from a life shaped by adversity, resilience, and healing, Jessica uses her voice to tell powerful, heartfelt stories through music, memoir, and photography.

With over 25 years of experience in IT consulting, along with a background in bookkeeping and visual arts, Jessica blends technical expertise with emotional depth in everything she creates. She is currently writing her debut autobiography under the pen name Jessica Diamond, with a planned 2026 release: “Through the Fire – The Jessica Diamond Story.”

Jessica’s original music explores deeply personal themes—from grief and recovery to playful imagination—showcased in albums like The Grief Album, Attack of the Killer Martians, and The Jessica Album.

In addition to songwriting and storytelling, Jessica is an experienced photographer known for capturing meaningful moments—whether it’s a wedding in the Old Market or a candid portrait that speaks volumes on its own.

Living authentically and boldly as a proud transgender woman, mental health advocate, and survivor, Jessica hopes to inspire connection, compassion, and the healing power of self-expression through her art and advocacy.
