Through the Fire – The Jessica Diamond Story
You’re not supposed to survive what I’ve been through.
Not the bruises. Not the betrayal. Not the silence.
I’ve stared into the mirror with a loaded gun in my hand.
I’ve woken up in an ambulance, unsure if I was alive or in hell.
I’ve rebuilt from the rubble of places I once called home—places filled with broken walls, broken trust, and broken promises.
I’ve buried pets, a partner, and pieces of myself.
I’ve fought for air when anxiety wrapped around my lungs like a vice.
And somehow, I’m still here—still standing, still speaking, still telling my story.
This isn’t a neat tale tied with a bow. It’s raw, jagged, and sometimes unbelievable. There were days I wanted nothing more than to disappear. But I kept waking up. I kept reaching for paper, for melody, for truth.
This book isn’t just about pain—it’s about survival. It’s about the power of voice and the healing that comes from owning your story, even when your voice shakes.
I’m not here to sugarcoat the past. I’m here to make sense of the shattered pieces, and maybe—just maybe—to help someone else feel less alone.
This is my beginning.
Thank you for being here.
